The central business district of Kuala Lumpur are empty again due to stay-at-home rules as part of the movement control order (MCO).

Malaysiakini's Azneal Ishak observed how food outlets have very few customers to serve while food delivery personnel have time to mingle since there is little demand for their services. 

The glitzy Jalan Bukit Bintang was mostly devoid of people and traffic. 

Tentatively, the MCO is scheduled to be lifted on Jan 26.
