Ramadan this year will be a different experience for Muslims, who have been told to pray at home to curb the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak.

These followers are holding their prayers at their home in Kampung Segambut Dalam.

Yesterday, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Islamic Affairs) Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri explained that the new normal refers to no congregational prayers, including Friday and tarawih prayers, at mosques and suraus in compliance with the movement control order (MCO) enforced by the government.
