PKR vice president Nurul Izzah Anwar and supporters sprung a birthday surprise for her father Anwar Ibrahim at the Kuala Lumpur High Court on Aug 10.

The PKR de facto leader turned 70-years-old.

Anwar, who is presently serving jail time at Sungai Buloh prison, was at the court complex to testify in Nurul Izzah's defamation suit against inspector-general of police Khalid Abu Bakar and Rural and Regional Development Minister Ismail Sabri Yakob.
