Walk into the traditional Malaysian ‘hawker stalls’ buffet setting with 15 live action stalls consisting of food choices from across the globe. That’s right! The lavish Ramadhan dinner will feature international dishes as well as traditional Malaysian cuisine that everyone has grown to love.

Fresh sashimi by Chef Minami of Kogetsu Japanese Restaurant will be on the menu, including various mix of vegetables tempura freshly fried. Dip it in a special Japanese soy sauce and hear it crunch! In the Italian live station, Senja’s own Chef Filipo Giunta will prepare authentic Sicilian cuisine combined with a touch of simplicity. Be it fettuccine carbonara or specially made aglio olio linguine, forget about the carbs and reward yourself with some hearty cuisine.

Hailing from Melaka, Nyonya Chef Auntie Belle will showcase her one-of-a-kind popiah basah with sweet bean and chilli sauce, ready to warm the hearts of everyone eating it. Topped with her recipe of Nyonya curry laksa , the spices are just sufficient to balance between sweet and spicy. To those who like it hotter, add Auntie Belle’s fiery red sambal and wash it off with colorful selection of traditional Nyonya Kuih !

Feeling carnivorous? Roasted lamb, ikan Tenggiri and satay will be sitting on the hot grill, ready to be served with specially made mint sauce, sambal and peanut sauce! With over 15 selection of local salads and 10 selections of local pickles, these spread will stretch along the poolside to further elevate your outdoor buka puasa experience.

Canvassed by dark sky and starry night, amazing buffet spread is made even more special with great companions. Ghazal performances will also entertain to further elevate the ambience and feel of the Ramadhan month.
