We refer to the complaint received from Ahmad Nadeem Gehla of Gehla Holdings Sdn Bhd of Sungai Petani, Kedah on his Streamyx connection at the office.
We wish to clarify that the situation faced by the customer was caused by the internal wiring at his office, which disrupted his connection to the Internet. We have explained this to the customer and he has acknowledged that this was the cause of the problem he faced.
We also advised him to contact his contractor to fix the problem. The customer is now able to get connected to Streamyx after his contractor reconfigured the internal wiring at his office.
