The MACC revealed that over 500 misconduct reports have not been acted on by government agencies.
This is despite the commission recommending that the agencies address the issues.
Of the reports, 125 concern the police, while the Road Transport Department had the second highest number of misconduct reports that have been ignored.
Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail and Transport Minister Anthony Loke have vowed to look into the matter.
