Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has again ticked off his predecessor, Koh Tsu Koon - this time for starting a psychological warfare about the investments coming into the state.
Back from his travel to South Korea and Hong Kong, Lim was not amused by Koh for raising the investment target for his Pakatan Rakyat government to RM10 billion and claiming credit for two recent high-profile investments.
