Former MCA Youth secretary-general Leong Kim Soon announced his resignation today, before reportedly leading a large group of supporters to hand over their membership forms to Bersatu secretary-general Hamzah Zainudin.

His announcement on Facebook today simply reads “I officially announce resigning from MCA, effective today”.
