Days after an incident involving one of its entertainment rides, Sky i-City, the operator of the i-City Theme Park in Shah Alam, has announced full refunds for visitors who purchased tickets to the affected ride.

In a statement yesterday, the management also offered ticket exchanges for other attractions within the theme park.
