The chief operating officer of ProLintas pleaded not guilty in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court today to a charge of accepting a cash bribe of RM70,000 from a construction company two years ago.
Rostam Shahrif Tami, 59, was charged with accepting the bribe from Satunas Technologies Sdn Bhd through one Mohd Rosman Alias as an inducement for Rostam, who was the superintending officer’s representative for the privatisation project of the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway (Suke) to award work packages to the company.
