The parents of autistic boy, Zayn Rayyan Abdul Matin, who was found dead after going missing in December 2023, have filed a notice of motion to dismiss a charge of negligence, which allegedly involved the possibility of causing him physical harm.

Zaim Ikhwan Zahari and Ismanira Abdul Manaf’s lawyer Haresh Mahadevan, informed Judge Syahliza Warnoh that the notice of motion was filed on Jan 21 through Messrs Wong & Co at the Shah Alam High Court.
