An independent inquiry investigating the death of a pathologist in Sabah last year has found that bullying or excessive workload was not a factor in the incident.

The independent inquiry chairperson, Borhan Dolah, told a special press conference in Putrajaya today that claims of Dr Tay Tien Yaa being pressured, oppressed or bullied by her department head at the Lahad Datu Hospital where she worked were baseless.
