Selangor ruler Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah is expected to visit Fo Guang Shan Dong Zen Temple, a Buddhist temple renowned for its scenic beauty, architecture and cultural significance, for the upcoming Chinese New Year celebrations.

Malaysiakini learned that the visit will be in conjunction with the state government’s Chinese New Year open house at the temple on Feb 8.
