A knee-high flash flood struck near Puncak Alam, Selangor, after the wall of a water retention bund broke this evening, sending water gushing into a neighbourhood.

The bund is situated next to the Taman Seri Alam neighbourhood, and images from social media showed the houses directly facing the bund to be among the worst affected.
