Opposition parties in South Korea today said that they would vote on a motion to impeach President Yoon Suk Yeol on Saturday, following his failed attempt to impose martial law, Anadolu Agency reported, citing local media.

The main opposition Democratic Party, along with other five minor opposition parties, submitted the motion on Wednesday which was introduced in the National Assembly on Thursday.
