The Road Transport Department (RTD) said they have resolved a “system glitch” in the MyJPJ smartphone application, which caused some Malaysian users to receive a message saying they are non-citizens.
In a statement, RTD director-general Aedy Fadly Ramli said they have taken immediate action to fix the problem, which affected users who were checking for their eligibility for a driving licence transition programme.
