The Court of Appeal today directed two teenagers to enter their defence on the initial murder charge they faced for the killing of seven-year-old Mohammad Aimin Nurul Amin at a tahfiz centre nearly five years ago.
The three-judge panel led by judge Ahmad Zaidi Ibrahim did so after allowing the prosecution’s appeal to overturn a High Court decision to amend the initial murder charge to culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
