Selat Klang assemblyperson Abdul Rashid Asari is ready to be fired from Bersatu as he thinks that will make it easier for him to join another party.

This came following Bersatu’s claim that Rashid's and Tanjong Karang MP Zulkafperi Hanapi's memberships were immediately revoked for attending the Pakatan Harapan campaign in Kuala Kubu Baharu as it violated the party’s constitution.
