The attorney-general will object against Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman’s judicial review leave application to overturn an alleged decision by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and the government to cancel RM730,300 for the Muar MP’s constituency.

Senior federal counsel Ahmad Hanir Hambaly @ Arwi confirmed that the Attorney-General’s Chambers - who is acting for the premier and government - would be raising an objection before the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
