PAS has extended its condolences to Hamas leader Sheikh Ismail Hanniyeh, whose three sons and two grandchildren were killed in an airstrike on the Al-Shati refugee camp in northern Gaza yesterday.

“This ruthless and vengeful attack epitomises the arrogance of the Zionists who were condemned by Allah. Nevertheless, such acts will never dampen the resolve of Palestinian fighters in their quest to liberate the al-Aqsa Mosque,” said PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang.
