Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has expressed hope that 2024 will usher in a brighter future for the people, with the government focusing on economic development to ensure their wellbeing.

Anwar, who is also finance minister, said efforts to spur national economic growth would remain the focus of the government to ease the people’s burden in various aspects like inflation and cost of living, apart from ensuring quality education and healthcare.
