PELANGAI BY-ELECTION | PAS secretary-general Takiyuddin Hassan claimed today that the “extraordinary attendance” of authorities monitoring the coalition’s campaigns for its Pelangai candidate Kasim Samat, has created a feeling of “unrest” among locals.
