Jelutong MP RSN Rayer and Arau MP Shahidan Kassim have been revealed to be the “most controversial MP”, based on an analysis conducted by civil society group MyMP on the Dewan Rakyat Hansard for the 14th and 15th parliamentary sittings respectively.
