Selangor police have launched a probe into the circulation of pictures showing Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil giving a speech in a mosque.

According to state police chief Hussein Omar Khan, the probe is being conducted under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
