Selangor's recently announced highest-ever contribution to the country's economic growth is evidence of the state administration’s good planning, said caretaker Menteri Besar Amirudin Shari.

"It shows our excellent track record. We have plans in place to ensure Selangor remains a major economic player.

"Consistency also matters. This (the contribution) did not happen overnight. It has been high since 2018, 2019, then plunged slightly in 2020, went up again in 2021, and in 2022, we are still one of the biggest contributors," Amirudin told reporters today...
