PARLIAMENT | Zulkafperi Hanapi (PN-Tanjong Karang) interrupted proceedings this morning by calling for Anwar Ibrahim (Harapan-Tambun) to be referred to the Parliamentary Rights and Privileges Committee for allegedly misleading the Dewan Rakyat.
