The civil court has set 18 days next year to hear a family’s lawsuit against the police and government over the 2017 death of Dutch model Ivana Smit.

Counsel Sankara Nair, who represented Smit’s mother Christina Carolina Gerarda Johanna Verstappen, confirmed the 2024 dates set by the High Court in Kuala Lumpur during case management this morning.
