Malaysia's encouraging achievement in the 2022 World Press Freedom Index is seen as capable of boosting investors’ confidence in the country, said Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil.

This is because transparent media reporting is one of the benchmarks for foreign investors before they decide to invest more than RM25 billion for the next 10 years in this country, he explained.
