Bung Moktar Radin and his wife Zizie Izette Abdul Samad today failed in their application to review the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court’s decision which ordered them to enter their defence on three charges of corruption amounting to RM2.8 million involving a RM150 million investment in Public Mutual Berhad unit trust.

This follows the decision of High Court Judicial Commissioner Azhar Abdul Hamid who allowed deputy public prosecutor Law Chin How’s initial objection against the couple's application.
