Amanah submitted a memorandum to the Istana Negara today urging for the formation of a royal commission of inquiry (RCI) to investigate the failure of the littoral combat ships’ (LCS) procurement.

The memorandum was submitted by Amanah's Mobilisation Bureau chief Mohd Sany Hamzan.
