The High Court in Kuala Lumpur has set Thursday, Aug 4, to hear the second bid by Labuan MP Rozman Isli to strike out his corruption case.

The accused’s counsel Muhammad Rafique Rashid Ali confirmed the hearing date when contacted today.

“Hearing of the striking-out (application) is before judicial commissioner Roz Mawar Rozain on Aug 4, 2022,” the defence counsel told Malaysiakini.
