Jovian Mandagie has stated that lingerie maker Caely Holdings Bhd had made a false announcement to Bursa Malaysia on June 14, 2022, regarding his alleged appointment as the company’s executive vice-chairperson (EVC).

In a statement today, Jovian said he has not executed any forms and/or agreements indicating his acceptance of the appointment.
