Former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad has penned a message to boost the spirits of Pejuang's election machinery ahead of the upcoming Johor state election.

The message came at a time when Mahathir is still undergoing treatment at the National Heart Institute in Kuala Lumpur and is unable to be with his party.
