The Perak Islamic Religious Department (JAIPk) will summon Ibrahim Mat Zin, who is also known as ‘Raja Bomoh’ (shaman), in connection with a ritual supposedly to ward off floods at Dataran Pengairan and Saliran Teluk Intan which went viral on social media yesterday.
