The Court of Appeal in Putrajaya has set Dec 8 for the decision on former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak's appeal against his conviction and sentence for misappropriation of RM42 million in SRC International Sdn Bhd funds.

The Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court (PKPMP), in a media statement today, stated that the decision will be delivered at 9am.
