The hearing of a forfeiture suit by the government against the family members of former Tabung Haji chairperson Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim and their company, involving nearly RM16 million, has been set on Jan 3 next year.

Kuala Lumpur High Court judge Muhammad Jamil Hussin set the date during the case management today which was attended by deputy public prosecutor Dona Liyanna Sabariah Azmi and lawyer SK Shaarvin Raaj who represents Abdul Azeez’s family.
