National Union of Bank Employees (Nube) Malaysia has accepted the mediation offered by the United Kingdom National Contact Point (UK NCP) in its dispute with the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC)

According to Nube president J Solomon, the UK NCP had made the offer to both the Nube and HSBC Bank Malaysia Bhd within the process of the national contact point on Sept 21, 2021.
