Eatery owners in Kelantan have opted to disallow dine-ins because they are not willing to take the risk of spreading Covid-19 in their premises.

A Bernama check today found some eateries including restaurants and cafes still did not allow fully vaccinated customers to dine in although they are allowed to do so from today.
