Senate president Rais Yatim has no jurisdiction over the Dewan Rakyat, said Sepang MP Hanipa Maidin.

This is after Rais was quoted as saying that the Dewan Rakyat’s standing orders would not allow for a motion of no confidence motion to be heard.
