Organisers of a strike by contract medical officers today reassured that their plans to stop work for a day will not jeopardise delivery of healthcare services, as they the support of their senior and junior colleagues who can cover for them.
Group spokesperson Dr Mustapha Kamal A Aziz said the nationwide strike on July 26 will be the last resort if all attempts to negotiate with the government on their demands fail.
