The initially-scheduled hearing of the government’s 1MDB-linked forfeiture suit against Najib Abdul Razak and 17 others today has been vacated due to the ongoing movement control order (MCO 3.0).

The former prime minister’s counsel Nur Syahirah Hanapiah said that the hearing initially scheduled before the Kuala Lumpur High Court has been vacated.
