The Malaysian United Democratic Alliance’s (Muda) second legal action for registration as a political party will come up for court hearing on Aug 12.
This followed on the heels of the Kuala Lumpur High Court on May 25 granting leave for the fledgling group to proceed with its judicial review to compel the home minister and Registrar of Societies (RoS) to decide on its appeal to be registered.
