COVID-19 | Another rubber glove manufacturer has been hit with a cluster of Covid-19 outbreak among its workers, prompting authorities to enforce an enhanced movement control order (EMCO).

Senior Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob said glove maker Central Medicare's workers' dormitory, factory and construction site in Hilir Perak, will be placed under EMCO from Feb 22 to March 7.

"As of Feb 19, the Health Ministry has screened 1,966 workers and found 185 positive Covid-19 cases," Ismail Sabri said in his daily Covid-19 update press statement.
