It's not fair for the Kuala Langat Public Works Department to issue an apology only when accident victims are ministers, Kuala Langat PKR Youth said today.

Its chief, Mohd Shah Rezza Mohd Tuniman, said the District Works Department should be fair and apologise to all road users who have been involved in accidents due to potholes.
