PARLIAMENT | The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) will summon Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, in his capacity as former defence minister, in its probe into the ministry's failure to deliver six second-generation Littoral Combatant Ships (LCS) valued at RM9 billion.
