Jalan Raja Laut 1 will now be known as Jalan Palestin.

Kuala Lumpur mayor Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan said the idea to change the road name was mooted from the World Quds Day peaceful assembly which was held at the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) Square on May 26 to 31, last year.
