1. Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister Khairuddin Aman Razali was issued a RM1,000 compound for flouting mandatory quarantine. However, he is still being probed by police according to Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
2. Questions were raised whether Khairuddin's compound was backdated to avoid him being dragged to court, and possibly slapped with fines that could disqualify him as an MP.
3. The alert for a Covid-19 case in Subang Jaya through the MySejahtera app was triggered after a migrant worker who got tested - and was later found positive - was put under quarantine at a hotel in the area.
4. Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin mooted the formation of a new party chapter that will allow non-Malay associate members to hold positions. This as Azmin Ali and his followers joined Bersatu.
5. Deputy Defence Minister Ikmal Hisham Abdul Aziz said he had asked for the support letter for his son to be cancelled. Minister Ismail Sabri had defended his deputy amid calls for the latter's resignation.
