The Kota Kinabalu High Court today set Aug 17 to determine whether the recent decision of the Sabah governor to dissolve the State Legislative Assembly is justiciable, meaning subject to trial in a court of law.

Judicial commissioner Leonard David Shim set the date after hearing an application for leave for judicial review of the decision to dissolve the state assembly.
