The Federal Court today sent back former federal territories minister Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor's RM1 million corruption trial for hearing before High Court judge Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali.

A three-member bench led by Justice Nallini Pathmanathan reversed the Court of Appeal's order for Mohd Nazlan's recusal to hear the trial and for the trial to be heard before another judge.
