Defence Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob's remarks that Penang has refused to comply with the recovery movement control order (MCO) carries "no basis", said Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.

Yesterday, Ismail Sabri had said that he did not understand Chow's (above) statement.
